Cutwork antique lamp base is hand painted and holds a Bohemian Red Butterfly Crescent Moon shade in tones of green to maroon red. Shade is covered with a combination of antique gold metallic lace and nets and covered with a lush array of trailing and winding antique silk embroidery of foliage and flowers. The front and back center round panels feature an antique wool crewel embroidery of a rose surrounded by leaves.
The shade has colorful hand beaded fringe in beautiful jewel tone with flower drop ends. The shade is crowned with a rare butterfly finial with a Czech red glass jeweled drop. This shade really comes to life when lit!
Overall height is 20 inches to the top of the finial.
