A wonderful antique metal and tole table lamp base with pink and blue flowers holds a hand-dyed French Scroll Crescent Moon silk lampshade. The shade is ombré dyed from muted pale pink to soft sage green and is covered on both sides with dramatic 19th Century scroll appliqués. The finest of Edwardian silk floral appliqués are featured in the center panels. An elegant repeating circular metallic net lace is featured on the side panels.
The shade has dripping, hand beaded fringe which includes some of my antique and highly coveted long pink satin beads from France. A beautiful, hand painted floral motif finial tops the piece.
Overall height is 25 inches to the top of the finial.
Shade dimensions are approximately 17x6 inches.
