Unusual Asian motif antique floor lamp has been hand painted and holds a hand-dyed Crazy Dragon Chinoiserie Floor Lamp silk lampshade. The shade is ombré dyed from chartreuse to teal green and is covered on both sides with elaborate and vibrant detailed vintage Chinese hand embroidered appliqués of dragons chasing the pearl of wisdom. A scrolling metallic net as well as a silver and black antique lace overlay the large panels.
The shade has double layered hand beaded fringe in the beautiful dramatic tones of this lamp: chartreuse, green, pink, and black! A bespoke beaded pull chain turns on the lamp. An oversize antique hand-painted finial in matching colors tops the piece. This is a dramatic lamp with a hint of playfulness.
Overall height is 72 inches to the top of the finial.
