Beautiful tall antique early 20th Century antique floor lamp with leaf motifs has been hand painted and holds a hand-dyed Phoenix & Roses Shadowbox shade. This is inspired by one of my very favorite lamps!
Dyed pale midnight blue to green-gold to pale vermilion it is covered with beautifully patterned gold metallic laces circa 1920. The center panels are covered with pieces from an antique Spanish net floral shawl. The front and back shadowbox panels feature exquisitely ornate vintage Chinese phoenix appliqués that are surrounded by 3-dimensional tole roses that are hand painted and adorn as well as frame the shadowbox!
The shade has long hand beaded fringe in matching tones and a jeweled pull-chain turns on the lamp.
Overall height is 66 inches to the top of the finial.
