Ornate Victorian metal lamp base with flower basket motif holds a cream colored Star lampshade with victorian embroidered netting, 1920s era silver metallic lace and silk ribbon work in the center panels.  Hand beaded fringe with extra long bugle beads incorporated the colors if the shade: cream, pink, pale robin's egg blue and celadon green. Lights up beautifully and has an all over sparkle.
